Hand cut glass, shattered glass, diamond dust, gold leaf, spray paint and resin on aluminum sheet.

Finished in a double matt black and white mount.

Endangered animal – The Key Stag
I took this photo whilst on a family fell walk in the Lake District last week. I was drawn to the vibrant greens and knew straight away I’ll paint a Key Stag on top

THE URBAN JUNGLE is an extension to Dan’s Endangered series. Dan is fresh from a recent trip to the Lake District and was busy photographing lots of nature photography. This sparked an idea to combine his endangered animal style with his own photography. The smashed glass is still evident and some new materials will also be introduced.
